The problem
WorldVsPlastic sells monthly and yearly plastic-offset plans. Members needed to sign up, pay and manage their plan on their own, and to see what their subscription had removed.
The work
Built registration and subscription billing on Stripe and PayPal for individual, family and business plans, monthly and yearly, with self-service plan changes and cancellations. Built referral "tribes", so members who join through a friend are grouped and see their combined impact.
Built the member dashboard: plastic collected shown bin by bin, tribe totals, downloadable yearly certificates and profile management. On the admin side, built an impact dashboard with project totals, a map of the countries served and a member leaderboard.
Outcome
Members join, pay, change plans and download their certificates without contacting support.
