Who we are

Nexaces LLC is a New Jersey software engineering firm working with public-sector bodies on the systems residents actually touch: agency websites, permitting and licensing applications, reporting platforms and the APIs between them.

We also build and operate our own products. That is the part worth knowing at procurement time — we carry the consequences of our own architecture decisions, including the migrations, the support load and the second year of maintenance. It is a different discipline from handing over a system and leaving.

How to contract with us

1. Through NJSTART. We are a registered supplier in New Jersey’s procurement portal, so a State purchaser can raise a solicitation or purchase order without onboarding a new vendor first.
2. As a certified SBE. Our New Jersey Small Business Enterprise certification is active, which allows agencies to apply us against small-business participation goals and set-aside contracts.
3. As a subcontractor. We work under prime contractors where the SBE participation portion is the cleanest fit for the engagement.
4. Directly. For municipal and county work below bid thresholds, or for a paid discovery engagement ahead of a larger procurement.
