The problem
Car-wash and detailing businesses were running jobs, stock, staff commissions and customer reminders across paper and spreadsheets. They needed one system the owner, front desk and technicians could each use for their part.
The work
Built the systems in core PHP and MySQL without a framework: the data model, business logic and admin workflows. Modules cover washing and service jobs, service reminders, an events calendar, packages and products, inventory and purchasing, sales, expenses and cash inflow, incentive structures for technicians and salespeople, SMS notifications and a daily sales report.
Administrators create roles and decide what each user can see and do, and listings export to Excel and PDF.
